Service design for the leading domestic housekeeping industry - HomeKing.

Including service restructuring, training service independently, form the second business revenue curve. The training service serves recruitment while targeting the non-recruitment supply chain population, and the course was transformed from free to fee-based.

Project Objective:
- Ensure the normal operation of the first business curve, while exploring the revenue growth of training service. Focus on increasing the value of payment for preparatory employees (recruitment supply chain) and pure training users (non-recruitment supply chain).
- Maximize the paid value of the training product user journey, achieve sustained growth in both curves, and increase the conversion rate of each potential user at each stage of the product journey.
